Recipe || Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Nutella Swirl Muffins

One of the things I’ve kept hidden away until we’ve thoroughly unpacked was one remaining can of packed pumpkin. Since we were traveling and/or homeless for the vast majority of the fall, I can use that as my (very legitimate) excuse to catch up on some fall favourites right now.

So much sugar, so much love.

In a large bowl mix the pumpkin and sugars together. Then beat in the eggs, milk, vanilla and spices. Slowly mix in the flour mixture until there are no lumps.  Fold in the chocolate chips.

Everything’s made better with a little swirl of Nutella.

Fill the muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. Top each muffin with 1 teaspoon of Nutella and swirl it into the top.

Bake muffins for 15-17 minutes.

Does it ever get too far out of the fall season for pumpkin? I think I have at least until Christmas, right?
