This week marks the first time that I have ever participated in the “Boys Behind the Blog” link up. But I thought this week would be one of the best if I was actually going to as it is mostly movie-centric. Aka Sam’s forte.
Let’s get down to business:
1. What is your favourite movie of 2013?
Sam: Phew…. I’ll have to review what I saw… (clicks through Iphone). Overall, “Captain Phillips” is the best film of the year and Paul Greengrass is probably the best director around at the moment. It made me weep, like a child. *Nods vigorously to support his statements.* And I haven’t forgotten the way it made me feel
2. What is your all time favourite movie quote?
Sam: Oh god….*rolls eyes in exasperation* I’ve got things to do- this could take me all night. Move on and come back to that one. (Let me clarify, Sam has an encyclopaedic knowledge of films, quotes and actors. He’s always quoting movies so I knew this one was going to take a while for him to decide.)
(10 minutes later)

3. What is your favourite type of movie?
Sam: *Grins broadly* I’d like to say something a bit more highbrow, but in reality, 90s action-thrillers.
4. What is your New Year’s Resolution?
Sam: I don’t really have one. See more films. It’s on my list. (referencing a list of goals that we made together for 2014)
Me: Is that all you want to say about that?
Sam: Yea.
