Spring is in the Air

This time last year Sam and I had just moved to Stratford-upon-Avon so that he could start his Royal Shakespeare Company season. That makes 2012 my last spring in London and to be honest, that seems like a very, very long time ago. But the beginning of March is neither winter nor spring- it’s strange and in flux (not in a displeasing manner)- a lot like my life right now, but more to come on that later. All in a very exciting way of course!

I’m a summer baby through and through so as we start to enter my favourite time of year I can feel the excitement and hope start to build. What will this summer bring? Hopefully sunny days and adventures galore!

Today I’d like to introduce you to some amazing people who’ve been hanging around on my sidebar this month!

When Emma first contacted Rhyme & Ribbons about sponsorship I was over the moon because I instantly fell for all her beautiful cultivated goods. Most of which were all my style. If you twisted my arm a little I could name a favourite piece. Or five. Emma and I both agree that the Dusky Rose Lace Detail Dress is stunning. And I fully appreciate the whimsy that went into Emma’s pick of the Cheshire Cat Print. And who can resist some sparkles for your fingers?

Robert is always inspiring me with his beautiful travel and food photography! He guest posted here last Friday, but if you didn’t catch it, go back and check out his post on “Weird and Wonderful Food”.
I asked Robert to describe his blog in his own words and he came back with, Hi, Rhyme & Ribbons readers! I’m Robert. Amongst some of Sara’s lovely posts are two that really get me motivated to explore England more! The first is one on Oxford, England which is on my own personal UK travel bucket list and the other is a spotlight on the stunning Clifton Observatory in Bristol.  Anyone now want to buy it?

Jamie and I have a lot in common! I’m sure a lot of expats can relate to her feelings during her first day during the move abroad. I have yet to ever go on a skiing holiday, but her travels to Chamonix have definitely inspired me to!

Kelsey’s blog name may be unique, but there’s a great story behind it that any fans of children’s literature can appreciate. She’s not afraid to admit when she’s had a bad day, and just needs a little kindness. Kelsey also has a helpful post on “5 Tips for Opening an Etsy Store” for you creative minded and productive folks out there!
Take a look at at my in-post sponsor for this month; the beautiful store Ji Ji Kiki!
