It’s so easy to get swept-up in things that I don’t like. Or things that I wish were going more smoothly in my life. But actually I’m lucky in so many ways. I liked the one-off link up that Sarah has going around right now for this reason. Surprisingly, I was able to think of 32 things that make me happy really quickly. And that in and of itself makes me happy!*These are in no particular order. Obviously, I do not love bread more than Sam/friends/family ……….well………. *32 Things That Make Me Happy1. Bread. 3. Whenever I am reunited with my gorgeous, talented, amazing best friend. 4. Being caught up in a really good book.5. All holidays. I love them. Including my birthday (aka the best holiday of all.) 6. Having a diet coke first thing in the morning.7. Picnics in warm weather.8. Guacamole. 9. Laying out on the beach.
Ah to be back on a Turkish beach. The good life. 10. The existence of panda bears.11. When my brother proves that he is actually hilarious.12. Sunshine. Full stop. The weather directly impacts my mood.13. Dancing for joy, despite the fact that the downstairs neighbours might think an elephant lives above them.14. Traveling somewhere new. 15. Getting acting work. 16. Going on long walks. 17. Binge watching tv. 18. Having fresh flowers in the house.19. Clean linens. Especially when I haven’t had to wrestle the duvet into the duvet cover myself. 20. Harry Potter. 21. Listening to music through speakers and not through headphones. 22. Getting pedicures with my mom while eating Oreo Blizzards. (Yes we do that.)23. Seeing a really good piece of theatre. 24. Naps. Or getting to sleep in. So… sleeping?25. Puppies.
