 So colourful, so child friendly.

(Adapted from Wishes’n’Dishes)
(For the cupcake)
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup of peanut butter (I used crunchy)
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
(For the frosting)
8 oz of cream cheese
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of regular plain m&ms
3/4 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Whisk together all the ingredients for the cupcakes except the chocolate chips. After your batter is smooth and fully formed (it should be thick) fold in the chocolate chips by hand. Fill your cupcake tins 2/3 full.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
While your cupcakes are cooling start preparing your frosting. Beat together the cream cheese, butter and peanut butter until smooth. Then mix in the brown sugar, flour, vanilla and oats.  Then slowly mix in the powdered sugar before folding in the chocolate chips and m&ms by hand.
Frost your cupcakes simply by using a large scoop for maximum deliciousness!
