ABCs of Autumn

I’ve almost been broken of the habit of saying “fall”. Almost. Due to Sam’s merciless teasing over it, mostly.

cquire a coat that keeps me warm. This is the year. I’ve suffered through many a fall/winter in England without a coat that keeps me properly warm. While beautiful, my peacoat doesn’t really cut it. I will get a proper coat! With a hood!
Boots. Love ’em. They are the only thing I really like about Fall/Winter fashion. Layers be damned.
Celebrations! My best friend and my brother have fall birthdays. Even though I’m far away, I’ll be celebrating with them in my heart.
Dark nail polish is the only really kind I wear. But then I feel a tab embarrassed of it in the summer. Hurray for it being seasonally appropriate finally!
Enjoy my early mornings more.
Fall tv lineup. What can I say? I love it when my favourite shows come back on air!
Get some puppy snuggles. Who out there has a puppy they want to let me walk and play with? I’m desperate! I have puppy fever, bad.
Halloween. I love costumes, I love parties, I love candy. Halloween was pretty much invented for people like me!
Include a vlog in a post sometime soon. I will make one. I want to make one. I just keep putting it off.
Jack the Ripper tour of London in honor of it being in the news lately and the season of spookiness?
Keep auditioning.
Learn to make donuts. Just because. Maybe apple cider donuts with cinnamon sugar.
Make soup and stews. And an abundance of warm weather recipes.
Nature walks with warm beverages trying to find the largest crunchy leaf!
Organise a Bonfire Night outing with friends.
Pumpkin flavoured everything. I want it in my drinks, in my baked goods…. yum!
Quit taking Skype for granted and us it more!
Roasted pumpkin seeds. Get in my belly you little kernels of deliciousness!
Scary movies are on TV. I love cuddling up and watch a good horror film.
Thanksgiving in England. This will be my 5th one in England, and the first one in this flat! Around Thanksgiving last year we were in the midst of the throws of being homeless and jumping from sofa to sofa.
Urban farms. Sam and I are going to go pick some fall food at one of the urban farms close to us!
Visit more places outside of London.
Worry less.
Xylophone band practice gears up for the big Winter concert.
