Overnight Brownie Batter Porridge

For the longest time, I was a porridge avoider. I thought it was tasteless and it reminded me of the gruel “Oliver Twist” begs for. But Sam has shown me the error of my porridge snob ways, and convinced me that it doesn’t taste like tasteless mush. So now we’ve tried to be a bit more creative with it.

This recipe is great because in less than 5 minutes, you can whip it up the night before, pop it in the fridge and have breakfast ready for yourself as soon as you wake up!

How do you like your porridge? And how do you feel about the idea of cold porridge? Or are you like I was, and avoid porridge?
