Happy Friday everyone! I have this terrible habit where I still check the weather in Albuquerque and in Atlanta and compare it to London. This week that has not improved my mood vastly, but yet I can’t bring myself to delete them…
I got my eyebrows threaded after work on Monday for the first time in months. New eyebrows, new woman.
A spontaneous acceptance to a blogging event at Patiserie Valerie on Wednesday. I loved getting to see Ala and Katy. I appreciate that I live in a country where eating cake for a meal is completely acceptable.
Sam’s mom came over for dinner on Tuesday and she brought us some beautiful flowers.
I finally saw some deer in Richmond Park. (I’ve complained about the lack of deer in the past.) I got really close to one. It was pretty darn satisfying.
And I treated myself to a slice of lemon and raspberry cake from Hummingbird Bakery for lunch one day this week.
I’m very much looking forward to having an exciting weekend ahead of myself, jam packed with things to do.
Sam and I joined forces to give the flat an epic clean this week. Where does all the dust come from?!
“Once Upon A Time” now being available to stream on Netflix. I loved it the first time around, and I’m loving it again. Also Jamie Dornan as the Sheriff > Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.
I’ve been out and about in London a lot for work this week. And while being on the tube multiple times a day can be a bummer, I’ve liked getting to go to a wide variety of areas and getting some brilliant commuting reading done.
