November Sponsor Roundup

Can you believe we are almost halfway through November? Wasn’t it just Halloween yesterday?! But Christmas signs are everywhere. In fact, I had to stop writing this post in the middle and have a little cry at the latest John Lewis ad – it really makes me feel emotional.

But I digress! The days have really snuck up on me and I suddenly realised that it was time for my November sponsor round up. Hopefully you’ll find someone new to read and love.

Helene was one of the first blogs I ever read back when I was a newbie blogger. It’s been amazing to follow along with her journey and to see how she’s expanded her blog into her business.  Her blog always makes me smile; her sense of humour is great! (Just check out her expectations for her 10 year high school reunion if you won’t take my word for it.) We share a love of red cups and many other basic things, as exemplified in her “Things that Happen Every November” post. In the wake of all the social media is bad and fake controversy, I loved Helene’s response, “Is Social Media a Lie”.

Louise runs a lifestyle blog focused on work-life balance, and recently she had an incredibly interesting post on burnout. (Something we all experience, right?) But it’s not all work! There’s a fair bit of play; like exploring what’s going on in London. I was extremely envious of her spooky Halloween ghost tours!  I also think Louise gives great blogging advice and recommendations. (I immediately went and followed her Snapchat recommendations.)

No matter how much I love Honey, I just can’t read her blog first thing in the morning – it will have my stomach growling all day. Her food reviews are wonderfully written and her photos make my mouth water. Just take a look at all this beautiful sushi! And I can’t believe I’ve never been to Copita in Soho! If you’re new to the Girl Next Shore, this post is a wonderful way to learn a bit more about Honey and her blog!
