It’s soon going to be Mother’s Day here in the UK (luckily Americans have till May to short themselves out). And if you’re still looking for something nice for your Mum, I can heartily recommend Hotel Chocolat’s Mother’s Day sleekster box of chocolates. I was fortunate enough to be able to nibble quite a few chocolates from the box (all of them). The caramel cheesecake was my absolute favourite because it had a creamy milk chocolate combined with salty caramel and a small bite of tangy sour cream. I’m probably not describing it as appetisingly as I could – it’s great!
