ABCs of Spring

It’s that time of year once again; a new season dawned last weekend and with it will hopefully be bringing some warm weather and happy times!

ABCs of Spring

abcs of spring

Ascot Opening Day. Last year I was able to attend Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot and I’m hoping to go again this year!

Bank Holidays galore! The spring is filled with Bank Holidays and I can’t help but love all those days off.

Chocolate. I plan to eat multiple Easter eggs this year. Though few things will top last year’s Oreo one.

Daylight. I always sense a change in my mood for the better the longer the daylight lasts. Leaving the office while there’s still loads of light left is such an amazing feeling.

Easter lunch. Enough said.

Fresh flowers. I love all the cheap tulips and daffodils that are in all the shops.

Garson’s Farm in the Spring. I’ve only been in the Fall and Summer, and it’s high time to remedy this.

Hiding away all my winter clothing… although I may have stubbornly already started doing this.

Iced coffees as an afternoon treat.

Join a book club. I’ve fallen a bit behind in my goodreads challenge of 2016.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the Renegade Craft Fair comes to London again this Spring.

Learn to shoot on manual better. Sam’s shown me some tricks but I still have so much more to learn!

May is my birthday month so how could I not love it?

No tights! I’m hoping that my legs can free themselves from their leg jail soon.

Oxford vs Cambridge boat race. It’s one of Sam and I’s traditions to watch it in the spring.

Petersham nurseries in the spring- I’m going to schedule in a visit now!

Quell my anxieties and stress. Easier said than done right? My stress level has been out of control really, and I need to curb it.

Running in the evening after work and not only having it be light outside, but having it be moderately warm too!

Sunshine! Bring it on. I need some rays on my bones.

Trips up to Scarborough to meet with more wedding vendors.

Unplug more often. Especially in this depressing US election year. Try to have one unplugged day a week.

Visit RHS Wisley

Wedding planning continues! We are in to the fun details stuff that I love.

Xylophone band annual spring recital.

Youtube more. Aka Vlog more! I have dropped off a bit and I need to up my game!

Zoo trip. For the past few years, I keep saying that I’ll go to Edinburgh and see the pandas, but this season, I really will!
