A few weeks ago, I shared a recipe for my favourite smoothie: a green smoothie. Today, I’m sharing the recipe for Sam’s favourite smoothie: a vegan Blueberry Smoothie.
I could say that its blueberry goodness is extra amazing because it is packed full of antioxidants, but I truly don’t know much about them. However, it’s a tasty smoothie and who can ever have too many summer berries?
Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk (or water)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 banana, peeled
2 oranges, peeled
2 cups of frozen blueberries
Instructions:
Blend everything together until the consistency is to your liking.
