It’s been absolute ages since I’ve done a post like this. So I actually have a lot of life things to update you on.
>>> Lindsay visiting the UK, and it is always such a wonderful, wonderful thing to have her here in York for a few days. It was especially lovely that she got to attend my citizenship ceremony.
>>> And speaking of, attending my citizenship ceremony has to be at the top of this list. Being granted British citizenship is absolutely momentous for me.
>>> I was gifted some absolutely gorgeous Valentte products. I got to sample all of the scents and my three absolute favourites were the Lemongrass & Rosemary, the White Neroli & Lemon, as well as the Jasmine & Rosewood.
And whilst the scent sprays were delightful, it’s the candles that have really excelled in my eyes. I received the Jasmine & Rosewood candles and they are so phenomenally great smelling that I almost can’t quite put into words how good they are. Even when they aren’t lit, they still make the room smell amazing and I will definitely be purchasing these for myself when I’ve used them all up.

>>> Lindsay got me hooked on Serena Wolf‘s instagram stories. She has the most glowing and dewy skin so my wallet has not thanked me for all the skincare products that I’ve been craving since finding her feed.
>>> We are past the summer solstice now, and summer has officially begun. The weather has been pretty rubbish up until now, and I definitely don’t want to jinx it but perhaps it’s finally on the turn for the better?
>>> I am now registered to vote and I have my British passport in my hands!
