Outfitting || Isona Linen Dress

I try not to shop fast fashion as sustainability is one of my passions. And when I cannot avoid it, I try to do so second-hand. (In fact, I try to do most of my shopping second-hand). But I couldn’t resist buying this Isona linen dress last summer. It has become my go-to summer dress when I need to dress up a bit. The cut and the tie neck on the dress make me feel like a boho ballerina.

I first came across Isona on Etsy, but they also have their own website. Isona is based in Riga, Latvia. Their clothes are brilliantly well-made with a processing time of about 1-2 weeks plus shipping. Their linen cloth is Oeko-tex certified fabric, that does not contain any harmful substances and meets human-ecological requirements.

My dress is pictured in the grenadine fabric colour and it feels timeless. Plus I still can’t resist a skirt that twirls when I spin around. (Because sometimes we never really do grow up).
