Seasonal Eating

Seasonal Eating in April

Hooray for April! The light is longer and it finally feels like spring is here. And for everyone who has work off today: here’s a massive hooray to that!

I love spring (but not quite as much as I love the summer) and after this eternal winter it feels like we all really accomplished something by trooping it out. I love going for walks this time of year and being able to smell all of the wild garlic pushing itself out along paths in the woods.

And maybe it’s just me, but I’d like to think that we are all waiting for the asparagus to start coming out at the end of the month!
