Outfitting || Lighthouse Sundress

Like many people, I have been coveting a lot of Marianne’s clothing from ‘Normal People’. Her style is very similar to my own in the first place, and of course, we are fringe twins. (Sidebar: I will never, ever get rid of my fringe.) So when I was gifted this Lighthouse Clothing sundress, I jumped at the chance. It was just so Marianne in Italy.

This is their Bay Dress in blue stripe (£49.95). I’m usually firmly a UK size 8, and I would say that this dress runs a smidge big in the bust, so if you might want to size down, if at all possible. I really love how nautical and lightweight all of their summer line is.

Since my summer holiday plans are now nil – I am still mourning my canceled trip to Bordeaux- I’ve been making due with exploring the local area. Obviously, walking along the River Ouse where these photos were taken is not exploring somewhere new, but I’ve been trying to find little nooks and crannies in the city that I can tuck myself away in to have a read and a sunbath during lunch breaks.
